Our Story.

Alliance Federal Solutions was born from the union of two respected and accomplished organizations: One Federal Solution (OFS) — a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with over 17 years of experience delivering IT, analytics, and professional services to federal agencies — and The Midtown Group — a WBENC-certified, women-owned staffing and workforce solutions firm founded in 1989 by Helen Stefan Moreau.

Together, these two companies bring a combined track record spanning over 35 years, 45,000+ professionals placed nationwide, 17+ federal agencies served, and some of the most prestigious certifications and contract vehicles in the government contracting space.

Founded in Alexandria, Virginia, One Federal Solution grew from a vision to provide truly innovative professional services to the federal government. As a certified SDVOSB, OFS built a reputation for delivering results across Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Healthcare Support, Salesforce implementation, Digital Transformation, and Technical & Professional Services.

OFS earned CMMI DEV/3 and CMMI SVC/3 appraisals, DCAA Certified Accounting System designation, and ISO 9001 certification — a rare combination that speaks to the organization's operational discipline and commitment to quality.
